1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by EDC Properties, Inc. d/b/a Growing Digital (“Growing Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the AI Builder course and any associated content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Growing Digital provides an online subscription course (“AI Builder”) teaching practical AI skills including workflow automation, product development, and business strategy through text lessons, video walkthroughs, and hands-on exercises. Access to course content is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

AI Builder is offered as a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate selected at checkout. Subscription fees are billed in advance.

Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days.
Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Course access is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, video, graphics, and interactive materials, is owned by EDC Properties, Inc. d/b/a Growing Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any course content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your account or course access with others.
Download, copy, or redistribute course materials.
Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any technical measures.
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from use of our course content. AI tools and platforms covered in the course are subject to change by their respective providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDC Properties, Inc. d/b/a Growing Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
